The Short Version

Each piece from The Clover Exchange is made to order, just for you — which means we don’t do mass production, and we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges just because of size, color, or a change of heart.

That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because everything is hand-pressed and made to order, all sales are final unless there’s a quality issue or a mistake on our end.

If you receive an item that’s damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

1. Email us at Jill@thecloverexchangeshop.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo.

3. We’ll review it quickly and let you know the next steps.

If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund (whichever makes the most sense).

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it’ll be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email jill@thecloverexchangeshop.com right away.

Once your order has entered production or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. (We move fast — so reach out quickly!)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our studio, it’s literally out of our hands. We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, but we’ll do what we can to help you work with the carrier to locate it.

Sale Items & Custom Orders

All sale items and any custom designs are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
