Your sweatshirt is made just for you in our Barrington, Illinois home studio, so please allow 3–4 business days before it ships. We'll send tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Since every order is made to order, we don't typically accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we'll make it right. Always.
